Modern and quiet hotel with very friendly team from “ the management ”.

They served appetising food for breakfast. The location turned out to be great, just off the outskirts of the town, a short drive to carcassonne, and Carcassonne😃

Nice building, marvellous location next to pizzeria, bolangarie and local shop, airport and shops, restaurants and attractions. Large units with a double bed as well as bedroom.

The hotel claim to be "20 mins walk from the old city" is an utter bare faced falsehood to encourage bookings. The hotel is situated on the outskirts of the new city. We walked down the steep hill to the centre of the new town and it took 20 minutes. The old city is an equal distance across the river and up the valley side. With small children this would be an hour or more!! Why do good hotels undermine their reputation with deliberate misinformation like this ?

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! the price was incredibly affordable, making it great value for money. Secondly, the staff were very polite and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Lastly, the location was perfect as it offered a peaceful and quiet area, allowing for a relaxing experience. The rooms were well-equipped with all the necessary facilities, including a comfortable double bed. Additionally, breakfast was a delight, providing a wide variety of options to start the day off right.

All in all, everything was at par and met my expectations.

We found Appart'City made a good base from which to explore the old city. The room was fairly spacious and very quiet at night. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful providing useful information on local supermarket - a great one about 800m away - and access to the fortress. There are also several reasonable priced restaurants in the vicinity. I would be happy to stay here again. Great value for money.

The shower door didn't keep the water from dripping on the floor. Ended up with a huge puddle.

I would not stay here again, nothing really bad about it but the place is totally lacking in atmosphere and very poor value for money. We had a large studio. The bed was a squeaky sofa bed, there were no worktops in the kitchen, there are no balcony's and we could only receive about 3 TV channels. Parking and wi fi was 2 euros a night, not bad in itself but just added to the poor value for money when most other hotels provde it free. The place is a good 20 minute walk to the edge of the city centre and another 20 minutes walk to the old walled city.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The pool was definitely a highlight, providing a refreshing break from the summer heat. The hotel facilities were clean and spacious, making it comfortable for our family of three. Additionally, the location was great, being near the centre of the town and close to supermarkets, shopping centres, and restaurants. The transportation options were also convenient, allowing us to easily get to nearby attractions.

Nice place, free parking, dog allowed for only 1€. Kitchenette was equipped very well, clean bathroom. Good internet connection for 2€.
